Dan Olson, SVP, Provider Solutions - Amwell

Dan Olson serves as Senior Vice President of Provider Solutions at Amwell where he leads a team focused on hospital and health system sales, account management, implementation, and solution design. In his role, Dan is a valued partner to provider organizations of all sizes, helping leadership teams to develop or optimize their telehealth strategy. Dan’s past experience includes leadership roles in the areas of healthcare technology, life sciences and medical devices. Dan spent 25 years working in Fortune 50 organizations – Johnson & Johnson, Merck and Cisco Systems as well as within start-up companies such as Ash Access Technology and Bone Care International. Throughout his career, Dan has utilized his experiences to consummate favorable commercial agreements, increase revenue and market share, enhance and expand customer relationships and develop the organizations’ human resource talent. Dan graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Business.

Eric AbbottSr. Director, Strategic Partnerships, Innovation, and Patient Experience - Advocate Aurora Health

Eric is a seasoned technology executive with a deep understanding of digital health and mobility services. He is Systems Director, Strategic Partnerships and Innovation in the Chief Technology Officer’s organization at Advocate Aurora Health, an integrated healthcare delivery network serving Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. There, he leads a corporate innovation team to digitally transform the organization to promote clinical effectiveness, operational efficiencies, and the patient experience. He is also Adjunct Faculty at Northwestern University, teaching the Consumer Digital Health and American Healthcare System graduate courses in the Masters of Health Informatics (MHI) Program, and an advisor to Capstone students in the program. Prior to this, Mr. Abbott led Product Management and Strategic Business Development initiatives at various high technology companies focused on the healthcare, Public Safety, and commercial enterprise markets.

During his career Greg has worked and supported Virtual Health programs internationally, including Saudi Arabia, as well as the U.S. Prior to joining Accenture, Greg led the Accountable Care Organization program at Dignity Health, at the time the largest Catholic health system in the U.S. During his career Greg has served as an expert panelist for the National Institute of Health – Health of the Populations regarding virtual health, telemedicine and telehealth. He has provided virtual health direction to a variety of providers, payers and life science companies as well as to the Veterans Administration, state hospital associations and departments of health, as well as the Office of Rural Health Policy and other federal agencies. Greg has published several articles and books as well as presented at numerous conferences
