GCC HIMSS Webinar: Meaningful Use in 2015 and Beyond: What You Need To Know
In this 60-minute webcast, HIMSS Chicago Chapter members will learn about the recently released final rule from CMS on Modified Stage 2 and Stage 3 of meaningful use. Chapter members will get an overview of the important changes beginning in 2015, and members will learn how to succeed with meaningful use in 2015 and beyond.
Michael Patrick Wall, CPHIMS, will review the changes to the EHR Incentive Program pursuant to the final rule, and will assist attendees with developing strategy to be successful with meaningful use.

Michael Patrick Wall serves as the Meaningful Use Systems Analyst for Lifeline Vascular Access, a Strategic Business Initiative of DaVita. Lifeline Vascular Access is dedicated to delivering quality vascular care to patients with a variety of chronic conditions, including those with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). Working with Lifeline’s 72+ vascular access centers, he manages the EHR Incentive Program for over 300 providers. Prior to Lifeline, Mr. Wall served as a Health IT Specialist with the Wisconsin Health Information Technology Extension Center, a business unit of MetaStar, the Wisconsin Quality Improvement Organization. In that position, he developed a meaningful use knowledge base through assisting over 200 primary care providers with the entire EHR Incentive Program lifecycle.
